SHIPPING POLICY
Book My Educator makes every effort to deliver products to customers within the promised time frame. Generally, delivery takes 5–7 business days, though unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, and full details will be shared on your registered email address.
As a third-party education service provider, we enable smooth transactions between buyers and sellers, while our delivery partners ensure that the ordered products reach your doorstep safely. Though our shipping process is designed to be efficient and reliable, unavoidable issues may sometimes affect timelines.
Policies:
- The choice of delivery partner lies solely with Book My Educator. Users cannot demand shipment through a specific courier.
- We will strive for prompt delivery; however, in case of delays, Book My Educator cannot be held responsible.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation is only possible as per our Cancellation Policy.
- Standard shipping within India is free. If you opt for premium services like same-day or next-day delivery, additional charges apply. These charges are non-refundable even if the order is returned.
- Deliveries are restricted to locations supported by our courier partners. If delivery is not possible at your PIN code, your order may be canceled and refunded.
- Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, though delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Book My Educator, we aim to provide high-quality study material at the best possible prices. However, cancellations may arise either from our side or the user’s side. Please review the cancellation policy carefully.
CANCELLATION BY BOOK MY EDUCATOR
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Non-availability of the ordered product.
- Delivery not possible to the provided location.
- Incorrect product or pricing details caused by system or human error.
- Detection of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
In such cases, the user will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated.
CANCELLATION BY USER
Users may request cancellations; genuine cases are eligible for a 100% refund. However, cancellations are not permitted in the following scenarios:
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched.
- If malpractices or fraudulent activities are detected during order placement.
- Promo codes, discounts, or special offers used in the order will not be refunded.
- Bank or card transaction fees will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
Book My Educator follows a transparent return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must contact us through email, phone, WhatsApp, or chat within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your return request will be verified, and if found genuine, a refund or replacement will be processed.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging, tags, invoices, barcodes, warranty cards, and all accessories intact.
- Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
- Wherever possible, return pickup will be arranged by our delivery partners. If not feasible, users may need to ship the product themselves, and courier charges will be reimbursed.
- If the product can be repaired, it will be fixed and redelivered instead of issuing a refund.
- Discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–20 business days after verification.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds at Book My Educator are processed with fairness and clarity. Please note the following:
- Refunds are applicable only for unused, undamaged products. If found otherwise, refunds will not be processed.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will only be processed after due verification by our quality team.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be returned to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or demand draft.
- In case of cancellation by the user, Book My Educator reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect products.
- Premium delivery charges, transaction fees, and discounts are non-refundable.
